………….. the famous words lingered on in the mind of all those who were lucky to witness the Elocution & Quiz Competition on the 9th January 2019 by Grade I to Grade III and 10th January, 2019 by Grade IV to VII.
The participants, exhibited perfect nuances and finer points that go into making a public speech interesting and captivating. The poise, self-confidence that exhibited by the students providing utmost satisfaction and pride to the teachers.
The topic “Importance of Water” & “My Neighborhood”; for Grade IV & V the topic “Should recycling be compulsory and why?”; “Global Warming”; for Grade VI & VII the topic “Life without television and video”; “Robotics now and in future”
Story Telling & Rhymes Competition – Preprimary
To enhance the confidence and speaking skills of the students, DWS organised Literary Competitions in Story Telling, Rhymes and Show and Tell Competition for Preprimary students. The students narrated the moral based stories. These young story tellers used a variety of props to make their stories interesting and expressive. Enthusiasm and passion of the students were also witnessed by the teachers and judges.
